Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming shoppers, assisting with product selection, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Meet sales goals and support team KPIs while managing stock unpacking, replenishment, and store organization. Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, with full availability required for weekends, late nights, and major holidays including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve. This role supports Skechers Australia's mission to shape lifestyles through innovative footwear and superior comfort within the global Accent Group.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience
- Face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great
- Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards

- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
- Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
