Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming shoppers, assisting them with product selection, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Support sales goals and team KPIs while managing stock unpacking, replenishment, and store organization. Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment ensuring the store looks great and customers have a standout experience. Full availability required from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Black Friday, and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience
- Face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great
- Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
- Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
- Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
