Job Summary
Skating Program Assistant Director role leading Learn to Skate, Flyers Rookie Program, and Summer Camp; responsible for supporting lessons, freestyle sessions, clinics, ice shows, and managing program growth in a fast-paced, community-focused rink environment. Requires a strong skating background, customer-service orientation, ability to design and market skating programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. In-person, 10–20 hours per week, Havertown, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong skating background — competitive experience, coaching, or program management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to design, market, and grow skating programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to pass required screenings
- Team‐oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
