Job Summary
Conduct complex injury assessments and manage portfolios of loss of earning capacity cases with a focus on quality, progress, and accurate valuation. Engage directly with clients, partners, and stakeholders while collaborating closely with medical professionals to support injured parties in returning to work. Independently determine correct reserves and plan expenditures for expected benefit periods, ensuring all actions align with insurance terms and regulations. Contribute to the development of workflows, quality standards, and professional practices within the team through daily sparring and shared responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Erfaren og selvstændig skadebehandler
- Solid erfaring med behandling af tab af erhvervsevne-sager
- Erfaring med at samarbejde med læger og andre sundhedsfaglige kollegaer
- Erfaring med fastsættelse af korrekte reserver og planlægning af udgifter til forventede forsørgertabsperioder
