Job Summary
Conduct skincare product consultations and recommend ideal solutions based on customer preferences. Maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and deliver a welcoming retail experience. Perform basic housekeeping duties and assist with retail operations such as stock takes. Participate in new beauty product launches and related events as needed. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong sales orientation, and proficiency in English with Mandarin preferred. Candidates must commit to retail operational hours and possess relevant beauty or cosmetic retail experience.
