Job Summary
UK-based Sixth Form Administrator role at an historic selective grammar school in Gloucestershire. Responsible for high-quality administrative support to the Upper School Leadership Team, overseeing Sixth Form admissions, coordinating events (open days, inductions), tracking UCAS applications, maintaining student data and compliance reports, and supporting wellbeing and pastoral activities. Key duties include managing communications, calendars, safeguarding and welfare records, coordinating Year 12 induction and trips, and producing data-driven reports for local authorities. Strong organizational, data-management, and interpersonal skills, with experience handling confidential information and supporting student progress; proficient in Microsoft Office and school MIS systems.
