Job Summary
Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion within manufacturing operations, driving process improvement initiatives to reduce defects and optimize cycle times. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (AI, ML, IoT) in a manufacturing context
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or other continuous improvement methodologies beyond Black Belt (e.g., Master Black Belt, Shainin Red X)
- Strong track record of mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members
- Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS JMP) for complex data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects with significant financial impact
