Job Summary
Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements. Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management. Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations in manufacturing processes. Drive the adoption of Lean principles and continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to implement sustainable process changes. Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build internal capability and promote a data-driven decision-making culture. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (CSSBB) with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (CSSBB)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading complex projects
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor Green Belts/Yellow Belts in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA)
- Track record of delivering significant cost savings, efficiency improvements, and quality enhancements through Six Sigma methodologies
