Job Summary
SIU Field Investigator responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations of suspicious or questionable claims across assigned states, performing analytical reviews of claims using various investigative methods, documenting findings, interviewing involved parties (including statements and examinations under oath as required), and coordinating with claims, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, adherence to regulatory and company policies, willingness to travel (travel is required), and maintaining professional integrity in a fast-paced environment. A Florida Adjuster license is required prior to start; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred; a company car is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate College Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of special investigation experience
- Casualty and PIP claims, as well as medical clinic investigations will be highly preferred
- Florida Adjuster’s license is required prior to employment start date
- Must be able to travel when necessary
- Bilingual preferred
