SIU Field Investigator

Conduct complex Special Investigations Unit (SIU) investigations for suspected fraud, including staged accidents, claim misrepresentation, and organized schemes. Enter claim data into multiple SIU systems, review investigations to validate denial appropriateness, and update files with outcomes before returning non-fraud cases to MCO. Perform detailed site inspections at body shops, medical clinics, and loss locations, utilizing analytic tools and surveillance as needed to determine if payment is warranted. Research customer communications, gather evidence, and document decision-making processes in claim notes. This role focuses on Auto Bodily Injury and supports Homeowners claims, including weather-related losses, within the Northern Louisiana and Mississippi territory.
