Job Summary
Analyze system functions, user needs, and emerging technologies to define project requirements and recommend functional changes. Create documentation including policies, procedures, workflows, and training materials while performing technical assessments to improve client systems. Serve as a technical advisor to senior personnel, generating briefings and reports on system improvements and resource needs. Lead less-experienced analysts, manage task execution, and conduct Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) services for USSOCOM's network operations and infrastructure. Maintain current knowledge of network technologies and subject areas to support global operations around the clock.
Required Qualifications
- HS + 12 years of experience OR AS with 10 years of experience OR BS + 8 years of experience OR MS + 6 years of experience
- IAT Level II certification
- At least 4 years of related experience of intensive and progressive experience in the candidate's field of study and specialization
- Working knowledge of network and information exchange technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, RESTful, SOAP, HTTP)
- Familiarity with system engineering processes and techniques
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level

- Must be DoW 8140 under the Work Role Code 641 – Systems Requirements Planner - Intermediate level or higher by 1 Oct 26.
