Site Training Coordinator

Facilitate on-the-job training for new, existing, and inexperienced employees on warehouse floor and forklift operation duties, including safe equipment use and powered industrial machinery. Operate clamp/slip sheet equipment to move products, load and unload materials, stack and transport items to designated areas, and pick orders for shipment while ensuring accurate labeling per DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Maintain training logs, review daily production reports, participate in inventory counts, and report missing items or quality variances to the direct supervisor. Perform safely inspections on forklift trucks and ensure the facility remains inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs. Assist management with creating and revising training materials.
