Job Summary
Install, connect, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair client computing devices and peripherals. Install, connect, and troubleshoot networking devices such as hubs, switches, wireless access points, and server racks. Manage users/workstations with Microsoft Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Exchange Server. Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate daily tasks and track outages using standard trouble ticketing software. Support daily IT operations for DoDEA Schools in Misawa, Japan, requiring an Active Secret Clearance and 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
Required Qualifications
