Job Summary

Support technology needs of all departments by assisting in the selection, installation, and start-up of educational technology software. Manage and coordinate technology applications, supervise hardware and software maintenance, and investigate reported problems. Provide technical support for school personnel on hardware, software, and operating systems while monitoring network security and acceptable use policies. Collaborate with administration to integrate technology into day-to-day activities and participate in professional learning workshops. Perform routine duties with little supervision and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Work part-time with on-call hours while the site is open to address technology issues. Attend initial training, opening day, and first day of EOC testing each month.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent
expertise in field of technology
Access to a personal computer
reliable internet
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be available for weekend shifts
Valid driver's license
