Job Summary
Site Technician II负责校园场地维护与景观管理工作,涵盖草坪维护、种植、园林施工、设备操作与维护、以及在 Liberty University 场地现场完成安全合规作业。工作涉及与2-3名同事协作、按规定穿戴PPE、执行雪่ว清理、草坪切割、除草、栽植、养护、材料搬运与地形整修等任务,并在需要时为学校活动(如毕业典礼、迎新等)提供现场支持,遵循安全规范并报告设备及安全隐患。该岗位可能需要使用高空作业平台、化学药剂喷洒等操作,需在有资质的主管或导师监督下进行。
Required Qualifications
- high school degree or GED
- minimum 3+ years of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- state driver’s license and insurable with company’s agent
- working knowledge of grounds maintenance, equipment operations
- ability to lift up to 75+ pounds
- ability to work weekends/holidays/flexible hours
- ability to operate and/or obtain aerial lift certifications
- chemical spray certification
- safety training and PPE usage
- excellent communication and customer service skills
