Job Summary
Supervise on-time order pickups, manage store openings and closures, and communicate with riders to ensure prompt deliveries. Manage the shipping area, support packaging, and verify that all deliveries are scanned with appropriate complaints recorded. Empty deliveries following procedure while maintaining product accuracy and date rotation. Ensure inventory counts are accurate, collaborate with warehouse leadership for site functionality, and keep the warehouse clean and hazard-free. Requires fluent Italian, 40-hour weekly flexibility, and a willingness to work shifts. Salary is €21,600–€27,000 gross per year under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario agreement.
