Job Summary
Ensure positive youth development practices across all daily activities and interactions with children. Implement curriculum, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and oversee ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and supplies. Execute direct service when necessary to support program operations while maintaining accreditation standards. Report health or safety hazards, monitor children for supervision, and address suspicious behavior or policy violations. Complete all required child abuse prevention training. Work consistent weekday shifts at Sarah Adams Elementary School with a salary of $19.25–$19.75/hr.
