Site System Administrator

Manage the installation, maintenance, and proactive monitoring of hardware assets and customer applications across Department of State offices. Enforce security controls, apply patches and updates, and ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and efficiency of systems and data. Log, resolve, and track incidents and service requests in Service Now while initiating and documenting configuration changes. Monitor system performance for anomalies, maintain topology diagrams and technical documentation, and coordinate hardware upgrades, consolidations, and equipment retirements. Provide regular status reporting on SA activities and promptly notify management of risks affecting IT services. This role supports the customer's mission to deliver enterprise-wide IT services within the United States.
