Job Summary
Establish primary and secondary control on-site using a Robotic Total Station via traversing and resection. Conduct daily site inspections with the Atom Augmented Reality headset to verify works against the BIM Model and eliminate costly rework. Process and review all acquired data for accuracy, produce daily reports, and coordinate with contractors through meetings to plan activities and weekly lookaheads. Communicate with clients and report to the Field Operations Manager to ensure inspections meet specified timeframes. Maintain an efficient workflow while working on major multimillion-dollar construction projects across the US, UK, and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction surveying or engineering surveying
- Strong experience using Robotic Total Stations for construction layout and control
- Must be confident in using Microsoft Office
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Willing to undergo background checks
- Willing to undergo drugs tests
- Flexibility to travel
- Willingness to relocate
