Job Summary
Site Support Technician responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software at CEVA Logistics facility in Fontana, CA. Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals; respond to and resolve service requests and incidents promptly; collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions; maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities; ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures; support facility-specific applications and systems as needed. Requires 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift/move IT equipment. Warehouse facility-based role with day shift and potential after-hours support; opportunity to grow within CEVA’s global IT/support environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
