Job Summary
Serve as the client's primary on-site contact to manage inventory, support the CribMaster vending system, and process orders for aerospace manufacturing customers. Monitor stock levels to prevent production shortages, receive and replenish inventory, and perform cycle counts while maintaining accurate records. Manage inventory transactions between CribMaster and Prophet 21, use Excel to track trends, and create quotes for order fulfillment. Work full-time on-site from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, resolving issues with internal teams and interacting with cross-functional members in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory, customer service, operations, supply chain, or inside sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and basic data analysis
- ERP experience
- Must comply with all customer safety, security, and workplace policies while on-site
Desired Qualifications
- Prophet 21
- CribMaster or similar inventory management system experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
