Job Summary
Site Support Specialist providing on-site customer service at customer facilities in the Tempe/Mesa area, handling inventory replenishment, order processing in Prophet 21 ERP, vending-machine maintenance, and issue resolution while coordinating with Sales, Specialists, and Customer Experience to meet service levels. Requires strong organizational/analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Excel), excellent verbal/written communication, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and experience with inventory control and basic ERP systems; 2-3 years of relevant customer service or warehouse experience is preferred.
