Job Summary

As a Site Support Engineer, you will join a dedicated team of IT professionals providing technical support to internal staff across 30 global locations. Your responsibilities include delivering onsite technical support through a helpdesk system, maintaining, installing, and upgrading IT infrastructure (including workstations, laptops, network connections, and printers), managing IT assets, and effective communication within the business. Required skills include experience with Microsoft operating systems, knowledge of networking and Active Directory, competency with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell, and strong problem-solving abilities in a customer-centric environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to provide onsite technical support via helpdesk system for applications, operating systems, and hardware
  • Experience in supporting, maintaining, installing, and upgrading IT infrastructure
  • Experience in managing and maintaining IT assets and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Effective communication skills to provide service notifications, training, and guidance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10/11
  • Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory administration
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
