Site Support Engineer

Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of materials handling and ancillary equipment at customer sites in Doncaster. Accurately complete service reports and time sheets while managing and controlling parts stock. Build customer relationships through communication to ensure expectations are met, and close liaison with the after sales office regarding repair times and estimated arrival. Optimize external revenue by identifying and completing chargeable follow-up work. Ensure all company and customer health and safety procedures are met and identify sales leads for equipment and after sales products. Act as a company ambassador at all times. Requires a mechanically or electrical biased engineer with experience in automotive, HGV, mobile plant, or forklift maintenance.
