Job Summary
Site Support Engineer to provide on-site field support to customers (installation, maintenance, repair, and break-fix) at sites in Frimley and Guildford, with occasional travel. Acts as primary customer liaison for administrative and technical matters, delivers regular communication and status updates, performs system analysis and troubleshooting to identify trends and issues, assists with system design and process flows, collaborates with customer engineering teams to gather requirements and support solution delivery, conducts security audits of network-connected devices, and manages IT assets and loan equipment throughout their lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
- Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
- Experience working with process and/or system design concepts
- Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software
- Experience working with engineering principles and practices
- Desirable Skills Basic Network Knowledge (Patching, tracing switch information etc.)
- Service Now Ticketing System Experience
