Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple congregate housing locations, including entering participant homes, transporting participants, and maintaining a safe environment. Facilitate meetings with tenants to ensure program compliance, document behavioral concerns, and address non-compliance while maintaining confidentiality of all guest information. Establish and monitor tenant recordkeeping through guest files, log books, and incident reports. Assist with implementing new policies, participate in agency triage meetings, and make referrals for staff, tenants, or building operations as needed. Work closely with case managers to ensure consistent policy implementation and communicate concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Human Services or other related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- equivalent combination of education and experience
