Job Summary
Support the bottling, bulk spirits, warehouse, tank house, and quality teams by preparing materials, reworking failed product, and performing site and grounds maintenance. Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and pumps while adhering to safety compliance and cleaning protocols. Collaborate across teams and attend required meetings. This second-shift position runs Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 1 AM. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Forklift Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Powered Pallet Jack Certification
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of Word Documents and Google Sheets/Excel Spreadsheets, SAP, Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to follow directions from management
- Ability to be situationally aware and take initiative to improve processes, protocols, and procedures which aid in production, quality, or site maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds, unassisted
