Job Summary
Oversee daily supply chain logistics operations for assigned sites, monitoring workflows and ensuring team adherence to departmental metrics and objectives. Provide direct supervision to staff, managing hiring, coaching, training, performance management, and scheduling while resolving complex operational issues. Drive operational improvements in inventory management, receiving, distribution, and shipping, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Serve as a key liaison to clinicians, vendors, and internal departments, providing guidance on supply chain matters and championing customer service. Assist leadership in strategic planning and goal tracking, maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety across all supply chain functions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or materials management, or in a healthcare setting
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching, training, and performance management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operational issues
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and standard Microsoft Office software, with effective communication and people skills
