Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations by managing staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards. Maintain minimal overtime levels, conduct regular inspections of staff performance, and respond to client requests or emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Provide direct instruction to subordinates, make recommendations for disciplinary actions or commendations, and compile incident reports and productivity data. Submit recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions, physical security surveys, and cost-reduction strategies to management.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ Years of Age
- Must pass IRS background check
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
