Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training Allied Universal personnel. Ensure contract-required training and screening are met while maintaining overtime within preset limits. Regularly inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance. Manage payroll, review incident reports, and prepare security surveys and post orders. Respond to client requests, make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, and provide direction to subordinates. Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions, disciplinary decisions, and productivity improvements. Compile and interpret data to research and investigate critical issues. M-F mornings schedule. $23.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ Years of Age
- Must pass IRS background check
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Must possess one or more of the following: Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Must possess one or more of the following: Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
