Site Supervisor/Vegetation Management/Invasive Species

Organize materials and staff pre-commencement, oversee site setup, and edit project plans where needed. Provide technical support and guidance, supervise direct workforce and agency operatives, and manage on-site activities while highlighting issues to management. Ensure regular equipment maintenance checks are documented, compile SHEQ procedural paperwork, and assist with herbicidal spraying as required. Support Project Delivery Managers on pricing and methodologies, maintain cost awareness to identify savings, and report project delays or concerns immediately. Work across multiple sites weekly, traveling away from home where necessary.
