Job Summary
Site Supervisor for an Urgent Care setting overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing and staff performance, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care. Responsibilities include establishing work priorities, resolving operational issues, enforcing standards and regulatory requirements, identifying cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities (Lean or similar methods), and collaborating to streamline workflows and services. Requires HS Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, coaching/mentoring, project planning, and interpersonal skills. The role involves coordinating with physicians and care providers, managing dynamic, fast-paced operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
