Oversee on-site construction teams and manage all work related to mechanical, lighting, water, and building envelope systems. Lead project parties as the central link, develop and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and handle daily reporting and close-out document preparation. This role requires experience overseeing mechanical, lighting, water, and building envelope systems, proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel, and a track record of meeting project timelines.
