Site Supervisor - Solar

Job Summary
Oversee all construction operations for commercial and industrial solar projects, managing multiple sites and directing teams responsible for equipment, materials, deliveries, and crew scheduling. Supervise mechanical, electrical, and subcontractor crews while ensuring safe, efficient job-site performance and enforcing the National Electrical Code, local codes, and company standards. Perform electrical work as needed, including troubleshooting and commissioning low-voltage and solar components, while reading blueprints and maintaining accurate documentation. Coordinate with project managers to plan ahead and deliver quality work on time and within budget. This role combines leadership and technical execution for one of the nation's fastest-growing energy companies, expanding solar projects across Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Proven experience managing crews and overseeing on-site project operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of NEC, electrical safety practices, construction site logistics, equipment coordination, and low-voltage systems
- Proven leadership ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team while driving results
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with project teams
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- OSHA 30-hour certification
