Job Summary
Oversee the entire Security Team across SE Calgary and Balzac sites, including scheduling, daily audits to verify assignments, and performance evaluations for Skanna Management. Conduct Health & Safety Audits, ensure staff proficiency in emergency evacuation plans, and report issues directly to Client/Skanna Management. Requires a valid Alberta Security Guard License, own vehicle, and flexibility for all shifts including weekends. Minimum five years security and two years supervisory experience needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Security Guard License
- College degree or higher qualification
- Must have own vehicle
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends as needed
- Minimum of 5 years security experience
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience
