Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance through regular performance inspections, incident report maintenance, and post order preparation. Manage disciplinary actions and commendations for security staff while responding to client requests and making emergency notifications. Provide direction to subordinates and submit recommendations for productivity improvements and physical security surveys. Maintain overtime levels within preset requirements and facilitate contract-required training and screening for all team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
