Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections of areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures while monitoring work activities and correcting at-risk behavior immediately. Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair, plus manage supplies and maintain records for training, inspections, and metric data. Report employee personnel and customer issues to the manager and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Perform duties for assigned program employees and temporary staff, including interviewing, hiring, planning, and assigning work. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 5:45pm to 4:30AM. Salary is $55,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift Certified
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of Database software
- Knowledge of Internet software
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of Word Processing software
- Good written and verbal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
