Job Summary
Site Supervisor will safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, overseeing company employees and temporary staff. Responsibilities include inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance; training, supervising, and instructing employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures; coordinating and monitoring work activities; generating written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly); performing quality, service, and safety inspections; tracking equipment inventory and supplies; ensuring safety through PPE compliance; and reporting personnel and customer issues to management. The role requires strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with occasional travel and bilingual Spanish as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
- Forklift Certification (may be required)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and sanitation standards
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
