Job Summary
Oversee one residential home for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and brain injuries, providing daily living skill support and facilitating community participation, medical transportation, and financial management. Collaborate with the Program Director to manage staff schedules tailored to 24/7 resident needs and ensure a safe, warm environment. Requires three years of experience in residential services with at least one year in this setting, plus preferred supervisory background. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
