Job Summary
Site Supervisor (Civil Mech) at Rehlko/ Clarke Energy dynamic EPC project environment supporting BHP site works for Civil and Mechanical installation. Responsible for coordinating deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and overseeing field activities to ensure safety, on-schedule progress, and alignment with project objectives. Key duties include leading site inspections, managing QA packs and hold points, developing detailed work packs, planning sequencing and resource availability, ensuring drawings/revisions are up-to-date, enforcing the Safety Management Plan, tracking programme updates, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders while fostering a safe, productive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams or supervising work crews
- Strong understanding of site operations, safety processes and compliance requirements
- Civil or mechanical trade qualifications
- White Card
- First aid certification
- Ability to read plans, schedules, and technical documentation
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organisational skills
