Site Supervisor (Program Coordinator)

Site Supervisor and Program Coordinator role overseeing one program under the Program Director. Provide effective leadership and accountability to foster growth and development in Direct Support staff; deliver comprehensive personal care, guidance, and tailored support to persons served; promote independence through teaching independent living skills; supervise and mentor staff; develop, improve, and implement program planning; manage site operations including budget-driven grocery shopping, menu planning, records accuracy, and medication ordering; maintain a clean and sanitary site; ensure care plans and overall operations are communicated with supervisors; deliver on-site feedback and disciplinary actions as needed; support emergency response; maintain medication administration records and ensure adequate shift coverage; promote a positive living/working environment and advocate for the needs of those served within the community.
