Site Supervisor of Preschool Before & After School

Oversee daily before and after care operations, maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios and ensuring children are supervised and accounted for. Coordinate transitions between preschool and care, monitor arrival and dismissal procedures, and follow emergency safety protocols. Supervise assigned staff by communicating schedules, assisting with coverage, conducting regular meetings, and addressing performance concerns. Maintain accurate attendance and program records, support NJDCF licensing compliance, and complete accident reports. Serve as the primary on-site contact for families, addressing routine questions and escalating concerns appropriately. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 9 AM and 2:50 PM to 6 PM at Boys & Girls Club locations in Clifton, NJ, with an hourly rate of $19–$24.
