Job Summary
Lead and supervise Alpine’s janitorial teams at Oakridge Park, oversee QA inspections, manage work orders and scheduling to stay on budget, coordinate equipment maintenance and supply orders, ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction, and cultivate strong relationships with employees and clients. Responsibilities include hiring/training staff, setting expectations, tracking hours and budget alignment, conducting site inspections, resolving deficiencies, documenting incidents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, licensing, and insurance compliance while delivering high-quality service. Strong people management, frontline customer service, operations coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of people management experience
- 2 years of commercial janitorial cleaning experience
- 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty janitorial machines
- 2 years of customer service experience
