Site Supervisor, Newborn Hearing Screen

Job Summary
Conduct newborn hearing screenings in accordance with clinical protocols while documenting results and scheduling follow-up outpatient appointments for eligible babies. Oversee site-level operations by creating staff schedules, approving timecards, and supervising Hearing Screen Technicians through annual performance evaluations. Provide real-time technical guidance, train new hires, and monitor key performance indicators during monthly staff meetings. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, credentialing requirements, and state reporting standards while escalating staffing gaps or protocol deviations to the Hearing Screen Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience
- Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting
- Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required
- Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years managing multiple sites (preferred)
