Site Supervisor, Newborn Hearing Screen

Job Summary
Conduct newborn hearing screenings in accordance with clinical protocols, documenting results and scheduling follow-up outpatient appointments for eligible babies. Oversee site-level operations by creating staff schedules, reviewing timecards, and supervising Hearing Screen Technicians through annual performance evaluations and interviews. Provide real-time technical guidance, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and credentialing requirements. Submit daily state reports, reconcile birth statistics, and present monthly efficiency reports to hospital leadership. Maintain equipment checklists and address staffing gaps or protocol deviations immediately.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience
- Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting
- Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required
- Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years managing multiple sites (preferred)
