Site Supervisor - Multi-Family

Job Summary
Conduct inspections of multi-family homes in Calgary to ensure compliance with municipal codes, building standards, and safety requirements. Manage job-specific schedules, trades, and construction logistics while monitoring site costs for damages, theft, and trip charges. Coach junior trades and employees, maintain positive communications with customers, partners, and internal staff, and enforce OH&S safety protocols including a safe, clean work environment. Perform thorough reviews of site and job package information, regularly checking quality, material usage, and budget adherence. Report directly to the Project Manager with traditional core hours Monday to Friday, though occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' experience
- at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the residential construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- A valid driver's license
- Criminal Background check
- Steel-toed safety boots

- ability to lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pull heavy amounts of weight
- operate assigned equipment/vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with online scheduling system
- Industry related education
- CSTS, First Aid with CPR and fall protection training
- Excellent relationship management skills to support interactions with customers, trade partners, suppliers, and internal staff
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team building skills
