Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract-required training and screening are met while maintaining overtime within preset limits. Regularly inspect security performance to ensure quality and compliance, responding to client requests and making emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Provide direction to subordinates, handle disciplinary actions, and compile incident reports or prepare security surveys. Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions, productivity improvements, and cost reductions to management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for 1+ Years
- 2+ Years Security & Supervisory experience
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
