Site Supervisor (Mining-Construction Project Based)

Job Summary
Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with approved project plans, schedules, technical drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Implement and monitor quality control practices, including routine inspections to verify workmanship meets specifications, while identifying deviations and ensuring timely corrective actions. Plan, manage, and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently, supervising workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain productivity and discipline. Coordinate with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to monitor daily progress and prepare site reports. Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Manager on reviewing drawings and developing execution plans. Ensure proper implementation of HSE standards and site safety procedures at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Exposure to fit-out, interior, or civil projects
- Good understanding of construction quality standards
- Understanding of site inspection processes
- Understanding of safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams
- Result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to be placed in a mining construction site at Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in construction-related fields
