Site Supervisor - Mesa A

Lead and supervise tyre management operations on site, directing a small team to safely and efficiently perform tyre fitting, workshop maintenance, and reconditioning activities (including repairs, re-treads, and non-destructive testing) in accordance with the site contract and company safety standards. Drive continuous safety improvements and enforce site policies and Golden Rules; provide written site progress updates and support end-of-month reporting. Manage operations across equipment such as Graders, Water Trucks, CAT 992 & 980 Loaders, and Komatsu 830Es, while maintaining a highly safety-conscious, proactive leadership style and collaborating with the Superintendent and Operations Manager to achieve productivity and cost-efficiency goals.
