Job Summary
Manage daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at client sites and adjust work assignments to cover peak periods, leave, and vacancies. Prioritize workflows to ensure timely completion of Release of Information functions while monitoring performance, providing feedback, and conducting reviews for specialists. Perform quality assurance checks and approve paid time off for staff. Act as a liaison between MRO and client management to ensure compliance with federal, state regulations, and client policies. Provide coverage during backlogs or absences while promoting a positive customer service culture. Support the Area Manager as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 years supervisory/management experience in acute care setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Associates Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health related field or equivalent experience
